retainer

What is my creative + administrative retainer?

It's having instant access to a wide range of professional design and/or administrative services on a monthly basis, minus the overhead costs of hiring someone full-time. If you know you're going to need multiple tasks done every month, having a dedicated professional may be right for you.

How does my retainer work?

You purchase a bulk set of hours to be used every month. Hours are paid up front on the 1st of each month before work is started. Based on the retainer plan you choose, I will block out my schedule for those hours each month and plan my workload accordingly. A 3 month minimum commitment is required to get started. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate to ensure the number of hours are fitting your business needs, then we will move to a 6 or 12 month commitment should you wish to continue. Unused hours expire at the end of each month to ensure that I can allocate time for your projects each month. Payments are drafted automatically on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month. You will be invoiced separately for any additional charges from the previous month.

What are some of the BENEFITS of my retainer services?

  • Discounted Hourly Rates: The more hours you purchase the more you save.
  • NO More Deposits: Because you're paying for hours upfront, no more having to pay a deposit each time to get your project started or paying your balance to get your project delivered. You can call or email your project details and I can begin your project immediately and deliver as soon as it's complete.
  • NO Fluctuating Fees: You pay a set amount each month for the duration of your contract and don't have to worry about fluctuating design fees.
  • Priority Services: You will receive faster turnarounds. You can have most projects completed the same day of request (turnaround time depend upon the complexity of the project).
  • Build a Partnership: No more getting to know your designer or having your designer get to know you. Since we will work on multiple projects together, I will know and learn more about your business. You won't have multiple designers working on your projects, this not only keeps a consistent design style, but this can also help in building a solid brand.
  • Pay Only for the Services You Need: NO more paying for lunch breaks, personal leave, or additional office space and equipment. I work out of my own location and utilize my own tools. I am able to work with anyone, anywhere in the world.
